3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing their login credentials.

4. Pricing and Payments

Course access is provided through secure digital payments processed via Razorpay.

• Courses are offered as one-time purchases.
• Pricing typically ranges between ₹499 to ₹2999.
• All applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As this is a digital service, refunds are limited:

• No refund after course access is granted.
• Eligible cases include:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed transaction with deduction
  • Valid technical issue
• Refund requests must be sent to info@farmxacademy.com.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally within the application. No physical goods are shipped.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by FarmX Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or resold.

8. Prohibited Use

• Unauthorized sharing of paid content
• Payment fraud or misuse
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

FarmX Academy is not responsible for losses arising from use of educational content or technical issues.
